Found this post from a random search. Very much new to the hobby (only a few weeks old) A friend of mine who's been in the hobby for about 10+ years knew I was interested and gave me a call 2 weeks ago letting me know one of his buddies was getting out of the sport and he bought his whole "lot" with "my" money.

Well, I got quite a bit....including a almost finished Goldberg Cub (needs to have a few more parts put together...etc) along with an Eagle 63.

I am really excited about the graduating to the Cub someday and finishing it off. (OS FS-61 going in it) So many great ideas coming from all these photos and I love seeing the floats. (one of his goals for me since we live in the land of 10,000 lakes) Someday I hope to be able to add my own pics.

Here are a few pictures of my World Models Clipped Wing Cub EP. I sort of added my own details to make it more realistic looking. I added the braces from the instrument panel to the forward wing bulkhead, installed different tires, swapped out the tail wheel for a more realistic looking one and used the lightning bolts from my Herr 1/2A cub. Also made a scale looking step for it and some other touches such as the dummy engine and the spinner that I carved out of a piece of balsa. The two big yellow ones are Hangar 9 Cubs. The one with the N numbers on the correct wing is the original 80" Cub and has a Saito 56, the other was the Plug and Play version of the Cub 40 but now has a Saito 72. The red and white one is a World Models Clipped Wing Cub 48 with a Saito 56 GK.

Thank you. I still have one other, a Herr 1/2A Cub that I need to finish the wing modification on. I hacked in some ailerons and removed most of the dihedral on it but now the wing is weak. I also need to come up with a power plant for it yet.
