Push rods

I broke the wing on my 4ch cesna not too long ago. I fixed the wing but i am looking for push rods for the aileron. What do you guys use for pushrods? I found hobbyzone super cubs pushrods for 99 cents. Would those work if trimmed down?

Most of the hobby suppliers on the net carry pushrods or try your LHS.
Headsup RC, Hobbyking etc. Most of them carry the hardware to rebuild the wing electronics, horns, clevis, rods etc. ...and, yes, you may have to fabricate/cut down the rods for .99 cents.

My local hobby town only has down to .076(around there) and they are too thick and don't bend into z bends. Heads up and rc dont have any push rods.

Heads Up has several pushrod packages and various accessories. I have some in one of my planes. Or maybe I'm missing something when you say they don't have pushrods.

My local hardware store has a crafts section that carries K&S wire and tubing. I like the .032 music wire for pushrods on small planes. It works well with micro clevises and horns and is easy to cut and bend.

They will work if they aren't to flimsy. I have used them on an Apprentice and they work fine. Don't know how big your Cessna is, but for $.99 you can't go wrong.
