Help!

I am new and bought a not working heli...

Ok I know this probably wasn't the best move but I did it. I bought a used mcx S300 that "wasn't flying right" I got it today. The tail is broken but that is fixable pretty easily. My bigger problem is both of my servos want to spin continuously, and I can't trim out of it. Any Ideas?

The servos want to spin? I don't understand... the servos are built onto the board of the S300... you mean you can see the little gears/wheels on the servos just spin and spin? Or do you mean the whole heli just spins and you can trim it out...?

The pinion gear on the servo motors want to spin continually making the servos wanting to go continuously upward but cannot as it is stopped so I took off the spur gear of the servos for now and they just spin continually.

Why not find a PCB board for cheap and get it flying? A ad in the classifieds may help?

Even better, you could trade someone the transmitter and heli for a new PCB

The mCX is well worth having around; it's one of those things that you can just fly and be happy when everything else is broken. I say fix it and fly it

I wouldn't be able to got one for less than $40 I think and I bought the heli for $44 shipped. So would it really be worth it?

Ok here are my options for buying a new 5 in 1 that I can find.
Spectrum - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...n#ht_500wt_922
If I can find where to buy: http://www.pz-servos.com/en/products...etail&P_Id=834
http://www.pz-servos.com/en/products...etail&P_Id=806
Perhaps: http://www.fantasyworldhobbies.com/c...oducts_id=7964
Or I could just get a used mcx for $60-$70 and sell my old stuff for $40
