Idea

How about the oil rich countries we fight in supply the fuel ?


Why not ?
We supply EVERYTHING ELSE.

You CAN NOT get ANY oil cheaper than the most expensive price on the futures market prices.

That would be cheating them out of their RIGHTFULL money.

Yeah, it wasn't the oil we went after, it was the chance to become the arbitrator of who it got sold to..


Then there was the (much dismissed by the right wing echo chamber) sacking of the Bagdad museum of Middle Eastern antiquities. We can't have all of those priceless artifacts in the vault of a known genocidal dictator, now can we..

If foreign interventionism was supposed to stabilize or lower the price of oil or in fact pay for the misadventure, a talking point of the last administration, I have yet to see it.

I hear that Saudi Arabia has state of the art refineries and is shipping tankers full of gasoline. Hear an oil man say, "As soon as oil comes out of the ground, it has no nationality."
