Thanks..
Yesterday I've been on small pond with friend to try his model.
This is Baby Bootlegger made from commonly available plans.
Very nice build! First run and running very well!

Retired for now
You need to copyright that design so nobody can steal it from you. Beautiful on the water. Pete

Swallows do not get wet feet, they fly just above the water

I'm on holiday now but in 2 weeks time I'm planning to check new ESC and motor.
Hopefully she will fly above the water.. ;-)

Thank you guys!
Today is the first day of trying new setup, and let the "Swallow" run with full speed. As you can see on the pictures, she's flying very well on the straight line.
I was worrying about turns, unnecessarily, because she's turning very smoothly even on full speed. I've tried it with nylon speed boat propeller, but ESC is getting really hot. I will buy 3 blades 40mm propeller which should be good and permanent with this boat.
I'm very happy with today's run..Now I will concentrate on remaining details and let her shine..

Pictures attached:
1/2 throttle after right turn..:

1/2 throttle...:

full throttle for the first time! Fly baby fly!!

3/4 speed

how nice...

Turn with half speed

Right turn with full trottle

Nice!
