I found BananaHobby have 24"-26" warbird but don't have replacement part's for them. Plus I'm scared to deal with BananaHobby.

Honestly, stuff in that size range is pretty much going to be from places like BH, NitroPlanes, RaidenTech, etc. They are buy the plane, and if you want parts you buy a second one. No parts, no service.

Why not just step up the size a bit and go with the ParkZone/E-Flite stuff?
Good birds, lots of spares, great service.

I like the Park Zone F-4F for sure, but would like to have a T-28 or a smaller F-4F due to space I have. A smaller one will mean that I can fly anytime vs rare occasion.

E-Flite have the P-40 Warhawk 300 ARF which is the same size as the BH, which i think is the best of the bunch. T-28 from BH don't look like a good trainer it is build for speed.

Specs;
Wingspan: 25.6 in (650mm)
Overall Length: 21.7 in (550mm)
Flying Weight: Without battery: 5.56.0 oz (156170 g) with battery: 6.57.0 oz (184198 g)
Motor Size: 300 Brushless (Included)
Prop Size: 7 x 6 (included)
Speed Control : E-flite 10-amp brushless (required)
Recommended Battery: 2S LiPo (EFLB4302SJ)
Scale: Warbird
Experience Level: Intermediate
Recommended Environment: Outdoor
Is Assembly Required: Yes

ParkZone doesn't make an F-4F. They do make an F4F, though.
