Interested to see this process. Could you take a pic or two, or at least describe it?

Fire, its something used to calculate, and measure volume, and modify flow patterns thru objects, I have used it on car, and motorcycle heads, air in, and air out are what give you HP, bro.

If its air, water, gas, whatever, proper flow is the key, and in a jet, its everything, I use a flow bench at the motorcycle shop..

To go on about that for a minute, any motor thats high revving, or, big cubic inch, benefits by blueprinting the heads, and manifold.

On a typical bike engine, because the high end of the rev scale is anywhere between 13000 to 18000 rpm, we typically gain about 25 hp over stock, by flowing and porting, ( maximizing flow thru each port ) the head. usually 17-20% gain.

And air is much more forgiving about bumps, and curves, than water..

Water stops, and effects the flow behind it, so, flowing a jet pump has great results, THATS why you see the speed I'm pulling with the graupner on my nqd..

In fact, if it wasn't for Sandy, owner of Graupner USA, friend, and fellow italian, I cound'nt have done it, ruined 3 housings figuring out what worked best, lotta epoxy added in places, ground down to work, my tunnel on that boat aint like they intended..lol

Wont do it again, thats a good bet..

Cool! Thanks for the explanation! I think your NQD speed record will stand for a long time!

Bammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

no more yellow boats around my house

Got a nice white epoxy layer on now, still scheming the pattern for the bright colors. I think this first one is going to be patterned after U S Coast Guard Rescue boats and Helicopter colors. The Roll Bars would look nice with a working light bar. I'm not sure that I need the machine guns that they have on a lot of their Kodiaks.

The 2nd white boat (stocker right now) is going to be more of a Ghetto Cruiser design in mostly White and Gold

You are bad
Boat is bad

You can find lots of soft water in Chi town if you could just get up and out of the house for a minute.

I expect to see some video before Friday PM.
