Please help me with my quadcopter's propeller and motor selection

Hello,
This is my first post here .
Please suggest me some motors ( brushless ,including KV rating and weight ) and some props ( cw and ccw )
The motors need to be able to produce atleast 120-150 gm of thrust per motor and ideally shouldn't weigh more than 15-25 gms.
Our budget is limited ( 15-20 dollars for a motor , and the props cant be more than 15 cm long (5 to 6 inches)
So please oh please could you suggest me some Motors and Props ?
I came across 5x4 cw and ccw props but I have a feeling that such small props will need to spin at incredible rpms to get the same lift as say 8x6 ,and that our cheap motor won't be able to handle it.
Our craft weighs around 552gms + weight of li-poly batteries = ~ 752gms ???
But the university wants us to stick an ugly big red ballon on top of it ( 3 - 3.28 ft ) that provide around 540-550 gms of lift
Please help , the copter has to hover for 10 minutes

GWS HD props are available as 6x3 3-blade cw and ccw. Are you limited as to battery voltage or size? A 2100kv-2500Kv motor on 3s could get you 400g-500g of thrust per motor!

A 19g ELERC C20 2500Kv motor (maybe the same as an 1806N motor) could easily get you 400g at 8A on 3s. https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...idProduct=5432

You'll need four 10-12A ESCs, https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=11429 and a 3s pack capable of delivering 30A-40A [if you can hover at 50% throttle this 186g 20C 2150 should do it https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=7363]

In the table below a 6x3x3 will draw about 10% more current than the 6x3 shown... but it will get you a bit more thrust.

I am limited buy a 200 pound budget.
Thats including the cheap wii-mote and the RIO card , we will be using labview to make an autonomous craft that will continue to fly vertically upto to 2m and hover for 10 minutes and land at the exact same spot.
It should correct itself and return back to its position if it is disturbe by external forces( random wind for instance ).
