And the winner is - JMP blackfoot ! (do you have a first name we could use,as your blackfoot thing is a bit of a mouthful ?)
He correctly identified the early 1950's French REA. The other engine would probably only have been ID'd by an Aussie. More information to follow on the latter. BOB

More on the "mystery" Bendigo 29, and also a hobby shop familiar to US Servicemen stationed in Occupied Japan.

This one has to be seen, my favorite all time engine so far. The sound of this engine is absolutely awsum. I have one I'm breaking in and another still factory sealed. Craftmanship is second to none and this thing is powerful.

Guy, my God, #3 & #4 must be a tiny engine - look at the size of that Arden plug in relation to it ! It must be a home-made job, speed intended ? Dunno what the dog is, but why is he sitting in a Mercedes ? BOB

Bill, yes, the VT-240 is a magnificent thing - I have a NIB one myself, and every so often I get it out of its box and just enjoy the feeling of turning it over ! They should be on display in a museum somewhere, shouldn't they ?

Frank, what vintage is that ? The bolt-on bypass cover reminds me of the old Forster 99. BOB
