source for hold down nut on a supra stab?

Im looking for a replacement nut and am having no success. Im not sure how to even describe the nut (countersunk nut with slot?) and I think they're 5mm.
Looking for a source before next weekend...thanks!

BTW I checked KC's web site first and it looks like he's out of town till the 14th

Supra Stab bolt

but does anyone know what it is called ? what type of
bolt, (or is really a nut ?) is it ? it looks to me like an
oversized spoke nut for wheels, maybe for a motorcycle ?

if we know what to ask for maybe some sources would come
to light.

I call them Sleeve Nuts.

BTW the above one is the nut for the AVA Pro and the Supra Competition. The previous versions with the molded stab used this one:

No B.S. They're called "Sex nuts." At least, that's what I've always called them; and this is what comes up when I google it. (With safe search ON!)

Yes, they are called Sex Nuts but nobody in existence carries them nor knows where to find them. I tried my local wholesale fastener supply company and Fastenal and neither knew where to find such an animal.
Vlad has a Monopoly on them, the only places I've ever had luck is Barry or Neil.

Anyone know what thread? If we knew what thread, it wouldn't be hard to make our own from some other nut or standoff.

I measured the male thread on the wrecked Supra fuse I have at 0.110", which doesn't seem like metric, more like a #4. But a 4-40 nut won't fit. The same nut fits a wrecked Ava fuse I have. Could it be a 4-48? I don't think I've ever heard of M2.8 thread. Might it be an M3 running way undersize?

M3 nut fits. Now I just have to find an M3 nut that's big on the outside to cut down, or attach something to a regular sized M3 nut. Hmmm...
