Delta Box

Hey Vectorflyer (or Flattermann), I have the Delta Box too, with the power unit.

I was just wondering, if it gets windy, I could always take the power unit off and somehow fly it as a kite, just a regular old string kite.

So, if I were to fly it as a kite, should it be one line or two? where would the best attachment points be?

I can probably figure this out, but maybe you guys know better or have done it already.

Travel Kite

Also, question for anyone, but, as I stated above, I have the delta box and really like it.

However, it is pretty long and would be difficult to transport on a airplane.

Is there a better kite that would break down (two-piece tubes?) or could the current tubes be modified (cut, with joiner)?

Any ideas?

single line flying of a vectorkite

hi everybody,

if you add tails (right and left) on the deltabox, it is a wonderful single-line kite.
don`t forget to remove the motor unit, just leave the carbon-unit-frame inside.
attachment points for bridle see picture.
have fun
