Found some Q&A

With this board could I charge two 2S 4500mah 30c 7.4v lipos at the same time with a Turnigy Accucel-6 50W 6A Balancer/Charger?

i am using this board since i got it and am fnding that it saves a lot of time in charging numerous batteries.

Yup. Just plug the packs into the board, and then the board into the charger. The charger will 'see' one 2S 9000mah pack.

Yes, that is correct. You can charge up to (6) 2S 4500mah lipos at the same time if you wish. Or five or four or three or two. Doesn't matter the number of packs, as long as they are all the same cell count, mah size, and though not critical, roughly the same age. I love my board. I charge (6) 3S 2200mah packs at the same time. Keeps me flying all day long using only one charger!

Yes, its possible. You can charge 6 batterys at the same time. I love that charging board !

I was thinking to charge 6 batteries (all 3S, same voltage) trough the Deans connector of the board plugged to an Accucycle Elite or Polycharge 4, and balance all of them at the same time connecting the white balancer connector of the board to an Equinox Balancer. Is it possible?

I am doing that same thing right now but i do it with a Icharger 206b and it works great, you can see it balancing as it charges. Not sure what the specs are for your charger but i can charge 4 2s or 2 3s packs at 20 amps( for the 4 2s 5000mah packs and 6amps for the 2 3s 3000mah)and no probs.just remember that you can only charge same cell packs at one time, hope this helps.

yes it is. they will be connected in series.

It should be fine. When you hook all the batteries up to this they all 'act' like a single pack.

I accidentally clicked the thumbs up next to your reply. Just wanted to say that this will not charge the batteries in series, but parallel. *gerryblue, I charge six 3S 2200mah packs in parallel all the time and it works great. You still charge them at 3S, but you have to multiply the current you would charge one of them by six (13.2A in my case for a 1C charge). Not every charger can put out more than 10A. I have an iCharger 208B which can put out 20A. As David said, you can only charge packs of the same voltage and capacity like this, plus, each pack needs to be discharged to a similar voltage. I don't parallel charge two packs if there is more than 0.2V difference (of any of the 3 cells). At a 1C current, all six packs will still charge in 1 hour, so it's like you're charging a single 3S6P battery pack. Also, I've been using a 6-way parallel JST balance connector I got from ProgressiveRC, where I bought the charger. This board would do the same thing, but it's much cheaper than what i have (was $10, plus another $10 for a 6-way parallel deans main power connector)

With the concept of this parallel charging, it suppose to work with most of chargers. Personally I can't test it on all chargers to make sure, but if it didn't work for your 0606i, write a short review and send it back to me.
thanks

My charger says (according to the box) that it has a charge current of 0.1 to 5.0A. If I understand you correctly, then I would be able to charge a maximum of 3 3s 1500mah batts at once for a total of 4.5A, is that correct? Charger is a "Thunder AC6".

No, Let's say you have 6 of 3s 1500 mah. so 1500mah * 6 = 9A.
You can use maximum of 9A to charge these 6 1500mah,3s.
If your charger has only current of 0.1 to 5.0A, that's fine, you still can use any current between 0.1 - 5.0A. to charge 6 lipos at same time. you also can charge different lipos, but I won't put two lipos with more than 1000mah difference together

You are limited to 5 amps max or 50 watts. 50 watts / 12.6 volts = 3.9 amps

The most you can charge 3S packs at is 3.9 amps.

If 3 packs at 4.5 amps (1C charge rate) = 60 minutes ...then 3 packs at 3.9 amps (less than 1C) = about 70 minutes.

You could charge 6 packs in parallel at 3.9 amps = about 140 minutes.

Kevinlib, where is the 30A limit coming from (connectors, charging or balancing lead, circuit board) and is the 30A equals to 5A per port limitation, or a 30A total limitation? Can I charge 2 batteries at 15A or 4 batteries at 7.5A each or it's going to overload it?

Would it be possible to use this on a TP-1010C Super Charger with a data cable and 210 balancer? I know I can charge, but can I balance all six packs with my setup? Sorry for the dumb question, its been awhile since I played with electrics. Thanks.

Kevin, you still have not replied to my question. Is the 30A max equals to 5A per port max? Can I charge 2 batteries at 15A each?

Sorry, I think I missed your post.
Yes, you can charge 2(or 6) batteries at 15A (or <30A).
The 30A limit is coming from your charger. You can't use more than 30A to charge any battery with this board.
