Mystic C5000R scratch build


After a year colecting documents and pictures, I decided to build this monster 1:12 scale.

I started do draw in Freeship+ (great program), takes about 2 months from 3D design to full plan in Coreldraw.
Here is some pictures of my progres, hope you like it.
Thanks to my friends Gasper and Bostjan for all help about making this plan posible.

Stickers also vector drawings in Corel awailable in PDF if somebody need it.
Workin on more stickers desing: Aquamania, Cintron, Budweiser select, Bud Light..

Waiting cutted parts at the moment, more pictures soon.

You certainly have put in some hard work into this build. It will be awesome to see it progress. I noticed in your plans and correct me if I'm please but i couldn't see any ride pads in the plans. They will be essential for a boat this size, It looks very apparition. Post the PDF it looks great.

Nice look forward to seeing this build progress.
Hey rusty he will probably run strakes down the the sponsons rather than having ride pads or will add ride pads once he starts assembly
Either 1 like the look of it.

Looking really great....
Which material are you planing to build it with wood or fiberglass.
I am also planing to built one cat by fiber glass, But i am finding out plan that can give me outer measurement to construct a mold or plug for the shell. Can you help me out.

Construction made of 3mm plywood, covered with 3 mm balsa on deck & sides, bottom 2 mm plywood.
Then 160g glasfibre with epoxy.
Thats the plan.

What program do you use to read them out of curiosity. I used A9CAD

This 3D is only as prewiev model, or can be used for CNC cutting.
I make plans for classic wood build using coreldraw, where I put crossections from 3D model then redraw all parts.
Painfull work I know.

What is the length of the boat in the 1/12 scale?
