That's the beauty part about installing as pull/pull first. if it isn't right, simply take the servo out and rear mount it. No worries. All the parts are included for both methods.

Mount it in the rear first, and if it doesn't work, you now have holes you have to patch up.
HAHA!! Good one. I meant rudder SERVO. I'll fix it.

And you do have a point - easier to cut a new hole than cover one that's there.

flew a flight this morning with the new skylipo 40c 2650mah packs. 8.5 min landed, and checked voltage 11.5volts. Bivens had previously marked 90 and 100 mm ranges for his 2600, put them at 90 and flew, it was great even got a 1.5 turn inverted flat spin. Wish I knew what i did to get that. Several upright flat spins, knife edge, and a couple of attempts at hovers too, of course elev and harriers. Man this bird is a great flier. What have liked to flown more but honey do's called.

Finally finished! Took her out today for a possible maiden, but forgot my driver for the spinner and hadn't tightened the prop nut down so I just did some ground maneuvers =)

Wanted 3dhobbyshop 48" EPP Extra 330 Starboard main wing

Each post of this request was meant to target buyers of models from 3DHS that may like most have more then one model from that vendor as many here do and not use the classified adds this seem to be the only way to reach the buyers of this brand. A little dog not mine ruined my wing and I have not gotten a response from 3DHS since 10/9 about getting a new wing, as the wing is the only part that is damaged I am searching for a replacement
I need the starboard main wing for a 3dhobbyshop 48" EPP Extra 330, if you have one I am in the market, please send me a PM

Successful maiden and successful emergency landing on the second flight due to a elevator control rod slipping.

Good catch!

I was VERY worried about this happening. What I did was dab some thick CA glue on the seam between the rod and the gromit thing. Hasn't slipped at all

I've been worried about that happening. I think I'm going to change the elevator and ailerons over to double ball links. I wasn't real happy with the aileron linkage geometry anyway. At max throws the servo arm would bind and flex a small amount, ball links would stop this.

Shadow, glad to hear you got it back down in one piece.

I used a 5" Titanium turnbuckle Rod and double ball links for the Elevator. It is 4/40 I just used the 4/40 tap set drilled both ball links, then used a drill to thread the turnbuckle into the ball link since one side is reversed thread. Very light, and no worries of failure... well the strong arms could break I guess =)

i am going to flat spot the rod and put some hot glue on it for the time being until i pick up some double ended ball links
