Just got a couple of Spyder 30c 4s 4000's for the Slick. They look really well made. Have nice soft wires on the balance taps so that should help keep them from popping off the board.

wear a glove when you hand catch it.... you probably could save some of the dental insurance money by keeping some Xray Bitewings in your mouth when you fly by your head

With the Phoenix Ice Lite 100. With a 4s battery setup

Is this what most people are using?

I'm doing the same. Just need a motor, spinner, and prop. I have a futaba trade up certificate worth $150 so thats getting me a few new futaba RXs.
Waiting on a check and for me to get back to work before I can get the motor and stuff.

I also need to order a few more 4s 4000s since 2 planes (maybe 3) will be useing the same batteries and 1 rc car. I got to see if I can get atleast 4 more ,hopefully 6 more.
