anyway besides email to cancel a hobbyking order?
I need to cancel a hobbyking order quickly.
Not a problem with them i am just switching the way i build something and already placed a second order for what i really want. Luckily the first item was on backorder so it hasn't shipped. I already sent them an email, but i get a "please be patient we are on holiday "response. I dont want them to ship me the first order before it gets canceled. Is there any online way to cancel? -i sure cant find one on the order or My Account page. Its ridiculous that you have to use an email to kill an order... |

They open at 9am Hong Kong time, which is equivalent too... 8pm eastern 7pm central 6pm mountain 5pm pacific Good luck. I'm giving them until Saturday to mail my batteries that I ordered on 02-12-2011 from the USA warehouse. If they don't ship by Saturday, I'm calling the bank and getting my $100 back. |
