Hmmm a General Aircraft Ltd GAL-38
Never seen one of these either. Interesting aircraft, lots of wood and some pretty harsh specs to suit carrier and fleet work. Lots of room for batteries too. |

Hint: Change the name of the file when you put them up...

Here is the other tail
Originally the GAL-38 had a triple tail. Also interesting for a model?
And mine, well not a drop tank but a test bed for another design used for many years. |

One that has me stumped.
A mate at work gave me this one to identify. Not having any luck myself.
How is everyone going with the fuel tank on wheels???? It didn't fly all that bad but it was not meant for production in that guise but it's developed airframe was given an aboriginal name much like it's own. |

Ok with a bit of a hint I've found this one but won't reveal it as it took me ages. Great pic Neil, my mate here at work who found it.
Here's a clue, there was only one and another pic might give it away..... |

Maybe more than one at least there are models with different intakes.

The shiny silver thing in the French aviation museum looks kinda like an Australian Jindivik drone, but why would that be in a museum of ugly planes?
The little delta is the prototype for the SAAB Draken. |

Your Right Sparky
The silver beast is a GAF Pika and it in the RAAF Museum here in Aust. Imagine strapping into that to test fly, sort of like the V1 test machines the Germans flew.
The SAAB 210 is disguised by the angle. Hard to see the double delta. Anyone want to post a brain teaser?????? Maybe just for fun try this. |

Isn't that that air-car thing? I cant remember the name, but it was a relatively new project developed not by a large company but by a guy (maybe a small company)... The one I remember was blue, though. But then again, the one I saw was only a full scale mockup!
