AEO 8 blade fans in 64 and 70mm

Anyone tried out the new 8 blade fans from AEO . Some of the micro builders have tried them in 27 - 40mm range but what are the larger sizes like ?

The smaller sizes produce big thrust with high KV motors and they sound awsome . They look very good value too , the 64mm fan is only a few dollars .

Nice but the $16 shipping put me off

55mm edf with motor from hobbyking is just over $5 shipping

its $16 shipping from AEO for just the EDF , no motor.

Im not saying that they are not good fans just that im sick of getting ripped off on shipping

I can actually get a wemotec microfan cheaper.

Got 2 of em Friday but they come with 3mm collets, Gonna test em today and see if they can stand the RPMS seeing they don't look to be reinforced with any type of fiber but neither are Freewing fans and they put out decent thrust.

Low RPM sound hopefully will be as good as a sickle rotor that is seldom available.
