The general steps are:
- buy the board, identify connections, and wire stuff
- download Arduino, last pirates firmware and mission planner
- set your configuration in APM config.h and load firmware
- start MP, calibrate radio, set flight modes, calibrate magnetometer
- go out flying with default PIDs and depending on results, tune more
- when stable, do a RTH to see GPS and landing are ok
- load a simple circuit and see how it performs

I can try to help you if specific questions.
Well, those are the basics I was looking for.
I'm going to place an order today and when it will arrive I will start.

I saw the ones on rctimer. I need just the crius all in one board and his gps with additional board. Right?

Which is the dedicated gps module?

MPNG 2.8 R2 Released

Notes for this release:
- Added support for FrSky telemetry
- Updated motor mapping table in README.txt

About FrSky:
You must select OSD protocol to FrSky in APM_Config.h and connect FrSky RX pin to Serial1 port (TX1). You must use TTL inverter.
Simple NPN transistor can be used as inverter, see example at http://www.multiwii.com/forum/viewto...p=20784#p20784

Signaling a typo in readme:

OSD - Serial2 (RX2,TX2)
Telemetry (3DR, Xbee, Bluetooth) - Serial3 (RX3,TX3)
OSD (Remzibi, E-OSD, FrSky) - Serial1 (RX1,TX1)

S2 should be GPS
