Yeah most all my servos are Hi Tec and they all worked when I put them in the box so they should be fine. Some are never used.

Well the storm actually produced some good wind at Lilly Shapell for a change but not without issues. It would blow plus 20 for some time and flying was great and then drop to almost zero in a flash. I got some really fun flights but also walked down the slope at least three times. Flew my newly repaired Zulu and maidened a Mini Mamba I got from Shadow. That thing flies great, it made me look good and you know if I can look good flying that must be some plane. Fun day all around.

I know this is a slope thread but here's some video of the guys at Kite Hill chasing each other's tails.

Glad you got some good wind Ron! Those foam board planes are fun for that for sure! I got to try it one day, we were laughing the whole time.

I found some on rc groups for sale back in Jan, maybe they are still available, around 175. Nothing to loose in checking to see if they are still available and also at a cheaper price

Yeah if you want another 9303 you ought to be able to find one under $200 on RCG.
Or, the 3rd gen. DX6 looks like a sweet radio for similar price.

I just sent my JR 9305 in for repair and they wanted $130 to repair it, I decided to pass. It just needed one joystick and the trims. With those repairs it would be like new. You are welcome to it if you want it. It's a great radio, in great cosmetic shape. I just put the few of my planes from it back on to my old 9303, so I have no use for it. If anyone needs it, it's yours. Moved to Spectrum a few years ago.
