Hi,

It's perfectly normal, the mag indicates the heading angle from -180 to +180 deg.
It's normal to have such a jump near -180.

I have a small problem, when I switch on the magnetometer the copter spinning fast right and left

@kinderkram the new diagram looks great but is there a reason you have omitted the jumper for the bec on motor1 to connect it to the 5v rail

i did a little payload test yesterday. it was able to lift 1kg but it wasnt that stable . i was quite disappointed .

maybe ill fix some weight to the frame because at said test i used a coke bottle filled with water on a lash , which was like a big pendulum

Nice Frame and very rigd.
What concerns me a bit is the unwanted Flip.
A friend of mine also have a problem, there sometines a flip occurs when the lipo is fully charged, if the voltage got a little lower he flys perfect.
We changed esc timing and tried different power options, still have no clue.
I talked to warthox, he generally dont recomend the esc we use, HK SS Card Programmbale 18A, what are you using?

i use the 15A ss esc , non programmable

this was the first time that happened , luckily i caught it on tape

i never had any proplems with these regarding control.
only problem is that they sometimes dont work out of the box but since they are that cheap i order 10 for an octo ( same with motors ) ...

Still rememebr the sound of your last octo video, impressive.
I hope you will a nice heavy lifting copter platform, as the cf2822 should have plenty of power, especially if use 8.

as i said i only lifted 1kg , i am planning on selling these motors ( maybe even with the frame or just 4 as a quad ) and put on kda 20-20l , the ones i used on my hexa .
unfortunately i dont have the money at the moment ( if anyone wants an octo frame with motors and escs just pm ^^)

Aaargh! I guess I used the wrong version as template.
Well ... I need to update it again asa Oleg has moved the CAM connectors to pin # 44-46.

have you ever thought about selling completed copters in your shop.
since we germans always want to save money and some dont like to build them ...
i really think that this is a mikrokopter competitor. since i dont have the gps yet i obviously wasnt able to test the waypoint stuff but basically its the same für a much lower price. i recently talked to someone who wants to sell assembled mikrokopters to azerbaidjan ( hope its spelled correctly ) and offered me some money to assemble them. that would work with your flyduino and jussis ffimu as electronic components as well.
this flys loops around the mikrokopter but it still is that stable ( we just need to figue out what went wrong causing this crash )
