At least i got some dates.
The PCB should be ready in 1-2 Days.
He hope to send them out by end of the week and should be here before 23.3.
Maybe they are here faster, i asked for the fastest shipping option.

The corners near the mounting holes look a bit thin, but other than that it looks great!

Thanks Jussi!
no i dont mind, been very busy today
For the corners, its the same size like the alphas (my alpha survived some really hard crashes).
Its like every other 5x5cm with 4.5cm distance between the holes
And even if you broke those, the board will work and stay in place.

Ray i will work on a description, but this version got a really good readable printing on it which should help a lot.
But i will post more instructions later, and you can always ask me, no problem,
i can send you my Skype Name if you want.

We are not far away it seems

I have them here.
they are looking good and are working as far i tested them.

But one little problem is on these betas.
The holes are a tad too small for the regular pinheaders.
I have to file them on every single pinheader row.
I am able to send out working pcbs tomorrow, but i am not sure if i get those pinheaders mounted.
Its a bit hard on this betas, cause the pinhaders have to be filed to fit.
But if anybody is willing to do this on his own i can send it out tomororow (friday), otherwise it will take a day to prepare those pcb.
Oh and one other thing, i kiled so many pinheaders in filing them, i am not sure it have enough here for the beta.
This will be problems which will be sovled on the series its just for the betas (thats what they are for).

That is too bad on the pin headers. I have a local supply of them (I think) here in Toronto.

Please PM me on my total for shipping to Canada and I will send you the funds.

Many thanks for doing all this!

Paul,

I don't mind filing the pinheaders myself, and if i damage any i have a few spare around to replace them so no problem there.

No problem with the pins.
As long as the final product doesn't need to be filed I'm happy.
