Sounds a bit like the blade pivots on the lower shaft might have sheared off. Or swash plate came apart. Can you see the servos move? How far does the elevator servo travel down on full forward?

Remove the gears. Pull out the inner shaft. Unsnap links between swash and lower blades. Pull the outer shaft up. It may be held securely in place by the ball bearings, just carefully edge it out. Unsnap the control rods from the swash, and there you are. You could leave the inner shaft in place, but it's easily damaged, so I would take the extra time to remove it first.

I'm going nuts trying to analyse this, but here goes![*]I need forward trim just to hover[*]There's more reverse than forward motion available[*]There's more left than right aileron
It looks a if the servos aren't centred and are biased in one direction over the other. Is this possible? Is it adjustable? |

How do I use "sub trim" mode? You mention elsewhere pressing a little button on the back of the Tx. There are no little buttons on the back of my Bravo III Tx.
