Agreed. The nozzles are 1:1 standard freewing ball nozzles, even with the twin pushrod protectors at the bottom.

Just imagine the Freewing Su-34 in a new version, slightly better, and with some decisions, like the omission of the gears, tuned towards hovering. That all sounds pretty damn good.

Cheers,
Henrik

Henrik - Yep those were the things I was seeing as well....even the pilot seems to be a FW Eurofighter pilot.

Looks Like Gyros Are The Way To Go...

Hmmm... it appears thaat gyros are highly desriable in this bird.

Any updates on availability?

I'm in if the price is reasonable!

Thanks,

JC

ps - It sounds like (from the video above) that this will be available from Atlanta Hobby, Banana Hobby and Hobby-Lobby - correct?

That's what i thought but without any real updates who knows?

It's difficult to hear in the video above but it sounded like announcer said maybe three will offer it.

Anyone have better hearing and can give the video a listen?

Thanks,

JC

Looks like the plane "touched ground" behind the the crowd.

The announcer said that the planes would be available from "Hobby-Lobby and other similar retailers."

He later says to "keep in mind that many similar models are available from Atlanta Hobby in vendor row".

Yes, it looks like that one had gyro problems (reversed?) or no gyro (can't fly that badly can it?) at all.
