If you guys have a pic of how to do nose gear doors with 1 servo to both doors I could use a visual.
I spent (wasted) a bunch of time trying to figure out how to do the doors on my Coug' with only one servo. Finally gave in and put a servo on each door. Glad I did. Cheap & easy to set up.
I'll try to get some pics up soon.

Don't know if you've seen this sequencer. Got one of these on the Cougar too, really cool.

Thanks guys for the words of confidence,

Rodger, I hear you on the wings. I have a thick root at the fuse and Dan tapered it from there to fit the Tiger wing shape.

Julian, I see a lot of time in mine also but I have more room to work with than in your Panther. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is the start of the ducting. A little more shaping and it will be there.

ducts look good ...are you doing a one piece duct ? or will you split them into a left and right side? ...one piece ducts are a bear to layup .and get off the plug .

Rodger,

I will split the ducts. They will also be used for the wing tube structure support. They are getting close with just a little more fit and final sanding needed. I should be coating them with spackle this weekend.

Julian,

Thanks, those are perfect pics and show them very well. Man the belly of your Panther look great.

The weather here has been phenomenal all week, batts charged for the PZ Mustang, rocket Texan and HL Panther all needing a maiden then the thunderstorms popped and rain now. Maybe in a few days. It did give me a chance to finalize the spackle and get the ducts primed for final epoxy coat. I will have them glassed this weekend. The duct shape tucks over the wheels and retracts clean.

Thanks Guys,

Rodger and John your tips have always pointed me in the right directions when making these things. You would like these. I used 2 layers of 5.6oz Eglass.

Dan,

Iím working on the gear door fitting right now along with finishing up the ducts. The ducts still need to be joined and the splitter plate added down the middle. I also have 2 wing spars to run through them. The wings foam cutting should be soon. Do you want to cut your F15 cores at the same time?
