So the VTX wires inside your planes. VTX to OSD to CAMERA ect:

1) Shielded?
2) Wire size? Larger or same size coming from camera, vtx?
3) placement?

I use sheilded mini coax for home theater systems. Twisted works just as well. Dont run next to motor power wires. Dont let them move around inside, any vibrations of wire will creat noise.

I belive he is just taking inexpensive RCA cables and cutting off the ends.

its maybe a good idea but only 2 wire .
Servo wire is good i think , i got some that is ultra light for indoor use , can it be used from Vtx to camera ? my camera is low power use .

I would recommend twisted servo wire, as for some equipment you'll like having 3 wires (camera, TX, etc)

To avoid having a spaggetti wiring, I use a small prototyping pcb where all the connections are made (everything except the high-current wires from battery to ESC to motor of course).
