You make it look not like a 1.35 meter wingspan airliner.

Nice triple 7! What finishing did you use for that FedEx scheme?

I sanded the fuse with 600 grit paper. Then I mixed some microballoons and WBPU and gave it one coat. Sanded that down smooth. Then sprayed one coat of white Krylon Fusion for plastic paint. Then one more coat of WBPU by itself Came out ok, Same process for the tail. Could have gotten it even better if I took more time but just wanted to get it done.

looks great. I tried to get the foam finish with my Eflite super airliner looking good, but all that sanding work, and I still wasnt happy with the finished product. I guess thats why I primarily like the composite jets. Regardless, your jet is a good example of what can be done starting with foam!

Just wanted to share an idea with anyone putting one of these 737's together. Here's what I came up with to have access to the fans if needed. I took 8 sets of 5/16x1/8 rare earth magnets. dremeled out a little foam on each nacelle half and glued the magnets in place with foam safe ca. Works great. Almost need a screwdriver to pry the halves apart. Just be sure to orientate the magnets correctly!

I can't complain, Ming offered free shipping on a good product! Shipping a box this big to the states isn't cheap and I wouldn't mind or blame him cutting cost on shipping to help a little (IE making 1 trip a week to ship rather than 3-4x a week)

Id rather wait a few days extra and have free shipping anytime!

"Illinois One" Livery for 737

Hi guys, besides the images from Google does anyone have 3 views of the South West Airlines "Illinois One" Livery AKA the Thunder Chicken?

I have emailed South West's marketing people but they haven't responded.

I think my 737 will look awesome in these colors.

I have heard nothing but good things but understand I placed an order 10 days ago. Ming emailed me a week ago telling me I would have a tracking # Monday.

It is now Friday and I dont have a tracking #. Its a small box. A CS 10 blade EDF..

I got the plane from HK 2 days ago. Same day I ordered the EDF.
