I have the normal bag of extra screws left but I also have two silver collars 5/16" long 3/16" thick with set screws in each end and a thru hole in the middle along the length. hope I described them good enough can anybody tell me what they might be for. To add the kit did not have any flybar paddles or wieghts, luckly I had some off another head other than that a good kit also plastic canopy

They might just be spare main shaft collars? Alternatively... (as i can't be bothered measuring anything) they could be flybar weights?

Not flybar weights only weigh a couple of grams small enough for a MSR maybe and not main shaft collar no hole bigger than maybe 2mm. These are more the size of a dubro easy connector, similar size to a pinion gear where the motor shaft goes through the pinion its tapped with set screws on each end. If you move the pinion set screw to the center from its location near end and drill a thru hole you can pass a wire through about the size of a linkage rod . might be some to hold antenna wire in the plastic tube if you use a antenna?we used to just tie a knot . I"ll see if I can get a picture I've used similar items back when we actually built planes from real kits lol just never seen anything like these in a 450 kit before

Those are for use with the Pro flybar paddle, I think they double as weights. Stick them through the hole on the paddle, thread the flybar through it, then clamp down with the grub screws.

Mine Pro kit did not come with one of the set so I used stock paddles and flybar weights...just like you

+1 Ed... That's what they are, flybar paddle weights if you will.

It's your choice to use the weights or not, I do not use them.

See picture...

They fit completely in the paddles - nothing sticks out.
