The go-tech is a great fast and strong servo for just $10.
What setting did you use on the GoTeck? 1520 333?? TIA

yeah, we set it at 1520/333.

ok, one matter need metion is Futaba always say their servos are 1520us/280hz.but pilots use such servo at 1520/333 are all fine.we not listed 1520/280 in gyro table. i have not see another gyro maker listed it as one choice except Futaba own.

as one guy metioned up, GS-D9257 easy burn out compare with Futaba S9257.it's ture, GS D9257's motor is in worse quality when compared it with Futaba S9257's.

Today I got the Align 450 Sport flying perfectly with the GA250. I moved the DS420 servo on to the other side of the mount, set the ball on the arm at 10mm, re-adjusted the center on the tail slider and reset the limits (a little less travel this time). Ended up with the gain at true 60%. The tail was locked in and no piro bounce.

I knew as soon as I ordered the Ino 261, I'd get it working with the ds420. *rolls eyes*

I'm a visual learner. Any pics of your install?

Finally a report of someone who got it working. What do you mean by 'perfect'? What type of flying do you do.

Also would like to know your setup:
Headspeed
Bec voltage
Done chinese weight mod?
type of tailblades

It's a stock Align 450 sport, so the BEC is 6V, the tail blades are plastic. The tail has the same weights molded into the blade holders, as the pro does.

I'm running the 14T on the 450M, and idle up 2, which I use most of the time, is 95%, climbing to 100%, at full pitch.

I have 5 helicopters (450 V2, 450 Sport, 450 Pro, 500 ESP, 550E FBL). I don't do mad 3D. I prefer smooth transitions from forward to backwards to inverted type flying. This 450 sport is very new, but it flies as well now, as the other 450's that have GP780's. The 500 currently has the Turnigy Mini MEMS gyro, and that performs very well also.

Do you think the GA250 works equally as well as the Turnigy mini MEMS? I have just installed one on my new Swift NX and have yet to fly it. I have only read a few reviews on that one but I plan on getting a couple of the GA250s for my EXI 450s.

put the go-tech back on the tail. Tried different holes for the ball link, but 6mm worked best.
Also put on the thicker tape. it seems to do a little better

I have the feeling the gyro is very sensitive to vibrations and i put my tail rotor hub on at an angle. I shall put my tail end on my test stand again to check for vibes. also the slider is still a little sloppy. I really hate the way this thing is designed.

I cannot compare yet, because it is too cold and the ga250 has not arrived yet.

In basic functionality why not. Both have mems sensor etc. Cannot compare the basic software. Turnigy mems has just about everything programmable so solving issues and matching different setups is maybe easier. In theory every issue can be tuned out.

With ga250 you can only try couple of things if it does not work out of the box.
