Ice, I'm not sure I understand the question??? So I'll approach it from 2 directions; The inboard ribs are longer because the wing tapers to a narrower chord toward the tip. Or, if the rib thickness is the issue, it's because the wings are removable from the center section and the 1/16 ribs wouldn't hold up under the tension of shrinking the cover causing them to bow inward and leave gaps between the outer panels and the center section.

If that doesn't do it let me know the specifics and we'll have another go at it.

ribs


Hi Pat, The ribs R7 ,R8 are higher than the other ribs, these are the ones around the servo boxes, other than that my plane is almost ready to cover. I will post a video when I fly it . Thanks ,BOB
