Who is feeling, "The Need For Speed" again?

We are back at it with the second in a long line of F3B speed cups held monthly at TPG's Poway thermal farm. This will be the second event, but the first in 2011, so the season points start fresh.

The Format:
F3B task C, Speed held to 2011 FAI rules. We run round after round, back to back, with the full 4 minute window.

This is an open, monthly event, and everyone is encouraged to attend. If you can safely launch and fly your plane, you are invited to attend. Everyone who has equipment is asked to bring it, but if you don't please don't let that get in the way of your attendance.

Pilots meeting is at 8:45am, first launch is at 9:00. We will draw numbers for the start order. Please be punctual. We want to get in as much flying as we can while everyone is there. This means that you, your equipment, and your plane is all ready to go at 8:45am. If you don't have any equipment, please help those that do setup.

Entry Fee,, $5 to the TPGulls for field costs and maintenance, and current AMA membership is required so don't forget your 2011 AMA dues.

Yes I realized the overlap with the JE Memorial in Long beach after the fact. I may move the date.
