yes of course....fits perfekt!!

And CG is easy...nose is shorther...tail is longer, no lead in the tail needed anymore.

Also space for 9s and 10s packs is much better.

Durability....I cannot really say. The first fuse I got was preseries and it feels a bit tougher that the series one...let´s see.

So everything can be exchanged between 4 and 4B

So I can order just the fuselage from stratair?

I don't think you can swap 4 and 4b without a bit of modding.

The 4 wing had a circular metal tang at the front that mates with a hole in the fuselage.
The 4b wing has a larger rectangular tang.

This tang is pretty important. I expect you could put a 4 wing into a 4b fuselage and it would work without modding but you may pull the wing bolts on a dodgy landing.

Yes Magic, you´re right, the 4 has a pin and the 4b has a bigger centering.

The only thing to do, dremel a slot for the pin...that´s it.

I already flew that combi several times....elevator settings are the same, also the adjustment before flight. Fuse on the table and 126mm from the bottom to elevator edge.

A local kid, 13 yrs old, was watching some practice. I'd seen he could fly his models well, so I handed him my transmitter. The rest was history. He is hooked on F5B and likely going to be Rainer's next top pilot. :-)

He ended up with my RW's, did some practice in SD, did mid 35's his first day out. Needless to say, he won the support of all the locals.

Flying the shizen out the the rw4's, he eventually had a bad landing in tall grass and now needs a new fuse.

Glad to hear the B will fit the bill.
