Also it is possible we will see the 60" Laser by Christmas. I'm not holding my breath, but it is possible.

I totally respect not bringing the Pantera out till it is perfect. That is one more thing that makes EF a great company.

Chris - you may be being to hard on yourself and quite possibly may require a second opinion on the plane....please feel free in dropping me a pm and I can mail back my address so you can ship me one...

But Kudos to you in not rushing something into the market place you are not comfortable with....man EF rules!!

Thanks for the update Chris! The 60" Laser is a must have for me!

I feel your pain when it comes to Projects like the Pantera, but that's the right attitude .

I've found its a good thing to be your own toughest critic.

Is there any word on the flight characteristics of the 48" yak? From what I have heard, the edge is great at slow 3d, the mxs is great at high energy tumbles and the extra draws great lines. How will the yak fit into the 48" lineup?

I'm disappointed that the Pantera has been delayed, but that just goes to show you how much work goes into getting one of these things ready for production. All of the EXPs do such a good combination of 3D and precision that I don't really miss having a hybrid plane. I can wait however long it takes to get it right.

Personally, it is not so bad for me. Right now I want to spend a lot of time flying the 48" Laser and 64" MXS. I'll take the gear I have set aside for the Pantera and build up another Laser. I've already got too many awsome planes that I don't get to fly enough.

Of course, when the Panteras do get here I will have two of them right away. I'm going to set one up for sport and maybe take it on tour letting sport pilots in Florida fly it.

Attached is a converted TIFF file I took of my new Laser. That thing is just plain hot.

Any restock of the 88" Edge EXP coming? The Laser rocks!

do you think you will sell out? hoping not 'cause Christmas is a little too soon...

the 60 laser will be interesting to see reviewed, too.
