I like it, even in stock form. I upgraded to a hotter motor in a Wemo Micro, but flight times went down to 2 mins. I think I might change it back and get the extra 3 minutes of flight time.

Stable flier, good gliding characteristics, pretty resilient. Just make sure your CG is set correctly.

I found it liked to be a touch tail heavy. Someone stole my jet or I would have specs on my Cg sorry.

Use the stock fan, balanced and indexed. Stock motor, 4s 800 mAh (minimum 30C but prefer 40C) all the way to the rear of the battery compartment. It flys like a jewel. Very stable, a little hard to get a hold of when hand launching but haven't had any issues at all.

The main point is to make sure you get a LiPo that is higher than the 20C they recc'd. The motor will take all you can throw at it and a 25 ... 30C pack is amazing difference in performance to the stock 20C.

Thanks for all the comments. One question do I need an upgraded ESC to go 4s?
Joe, video says you are using a 30amp?

On that particular plane, I am using a 30A esc. The stock ones can be flown on 4s but they will be at the limit with no headroom left over. Some stock ESCs live, others fry. It seems like the majority of the stock escs live as long throttle management is used. That doesn't mean pin the throttle at wide open for the whole flight...... it means that some wide open mixed with 3/4 throttle cruising. If you like to run wide open for the majority of the time, then at the very least you should bypass the internal bec and run an external bec to take some of the load and heat away from the stock esc. They are rated for 20A and on 4s that combo pulls 20-21A wide open, so there isn't much of a tolerance there. A 30A esc offers less of a chance of hitting a thermal shutdown or worse, cooking the esc.

The stock ESC's come packaged in clear heat-shrink. Maybe if you cut a window over the front plate/heatsink, that will expose it to direct airflow - might mitigate any heating.
