Nitroplanes F86 90mm EDF

This is a Nitroplanes F86 Saber with 5 flights on it. Fiberglass fuse and built up wings. It is very stable and very easy to fly. It has a 90mm fan, 1900KV ARC motor with cooling fins on 6S, 100 amp Suppo ESC, CC 10 amp BEC, and 6 servos. I will include the (2) 3S 40C 4000mah Flightmax batteries that where bought for this project and have 5 cycles. It needs an inlet duct. Take off from grass takes some room but slows down nicely for landing. Top speed is around 80 mph, would be faster with inlet duct. I get 3.5 to 4 minute flight times with throttle management. It does not have retracts and is not retract ready. I glued the wings to fuse since it only has 49 in wingspan.

Wingspan 49.4 inches
Fuse length 49.6 inches
RTF weight is a little over 7 pounds.

Cost to built

Airframe with shipping 145.00
ARC motor and cooling fins 130.00
90mm Fan unit 20.00
6 Servos 90.00
100 amp ESC 40.00
CC BEC 20.00
(2) 4000mah 40C Lipos 60.00
Total 505.00

Selling for 275.00 with batteries 250.00 with out batteries.

The wings do not come off so shipping is not an option, local pick up only. Easley SC will meet with in a reasonable distance. 864-787-3043 Keith

If you sell it and the buyer needs extra parts let me know

I have the rear end of it thats like new and left wing. My plane caught on fire when the rotor came off and cut the battery, if it had the intake tube I would of still had a chance to fly it , I also have the canopy and frot inlet ring still new.

Too bad you're so far away. I really liked the way mine flew and not a bad price for what's there.
What fan is in that one? The rotor actually looks like one of the 100mm 4 bladers. I like the way you set the fan back a bit from it's stock location too. If I were doing another one, I'd do the same.
