Can't wait to see another video. I have to say that one was pretty cool though its amazing to see the deflection in the surfaces..

Actually, the prototype I have has aluminum gear. The kit will have CF like the ones on the blue and silver plane. I will get updates for mine when they arrive

Avery, the 60" Edge will be even more stable and precise in all aspects because of it's larger size. There will be a notable difference between the 48" and 60" versions. The 48 is amazing and the 60 will be even better!

Using 4s-3800 / 4000, it seems to be a bit hard on BAT & ESC to get to the 1200-1400w level.
6s-3000 (or 5s - ...) seems to be easier.
Just a thought

Thats EFs thoughts LOL. Look on the first page they posted what they are testing with.

You're right, but I've been running high voltage to get higher power output instead of pushing the current on my planes. Everyone knows P = VI.

Just wanted to check since I'd get some more batt this weekend.

I've been running a Reaper GR60/RB85 in a EF 58" Extra on 4s 4000, and getting right at 1200watts. Pulls the snot outta that plane, and it's pushing 6lbs. Motor/esc/batts come down slightly warm.

I've got the same setup (and results with a 55" SHP). Love that combo.

I am thinking of 6s-2500 (25-30c). Should be light and strong.
I have a 480 kv motor (292g) spinning 15x8 on 6s generate about 165 oz of thrust.

Now just waiting for it to be released.
