I am sticking by my time frame that I posted earlier. It sucked seeing the order list for the 3DHS Slick come up first. I passed on it that says something but the dead silence is making me wonder. Reality is we were told Jan, then early March that is some big gaps in time there is no arguing this.

Well... A new fuselage and left wing could save it, but parts a hard to find.. The plan was to switch the gear into the 60" edge anyway..

That sucks man, is it pretty much beyond repair? I killed a 55" last winter on the maiden, the fuse was in over 60 pieces, but I just saved them all and reassembled it and beefed it with thin cf flat's on the outside, put on some new covering and it flies as good as new. Total cost of repairs was about $30.00. I hope I can afford the 60" Edge when it gets here, then the next time I destroy the 55" the gear goes in the 60" Edge.

I can rebuild it, but I dont have the time right now, and I would much rather replace the fuselage and wing..

Weight: 4.75-5.5 lbs (depending on battery and power system)

I'm back!!!! It took me all night, but I found a RC shop in FL that has blue and yellow 58" Extra's in stock!!!! I even sprung for the 2 day shipping so I can get my extra back in shape ASAP...

Thanks! I don't mind crashing, but it sucks when you can't get a replacement plane for your gear.. I have three 48" planes, but only one 60"..

My plan is to fly the 58" extra for the next month or so, and then move the gear to my 60" Edge, but I want the extra in good shape as a backup plane..I'll have plenty of extra parts! The canopy, cowl, LG, and flaps are all perfect..
