Man

Let me tell ya it's hot and muggy in NC

Holy smokes

I don't like extreme heat very much BUT it Beats -40 weather for sure lol

I think I'll have to do some traveling to get my Stryker if I can even find one as it was just released lol

I am sitting here in my lawn chair drinking a cold beer; sweating like a pig with my beer belly hangen out

Life is good today my friends

For you folks using 3s packs for your lipos, you may want to check this out.

http://www.hobbypartz.com/98p-55c-2200-3s1p.html

My LHS is expecting delivery in the next week or so. I've used Gens Ace for almost a year now and I can tell you, they serious rock.

The thing that caught my attention with these particular ones is that they are 55C units. So far, I have not seen a lot of 55C packs around.

It shows it's 90* in Raleigh right now (4:51 PM). C'mon Ryan, it's not that bad...just suck down another cold one Hey, at least you don't have a wrench in your hand

Give me your location. I'll find that Stryker for ya

Mike.

Lol

I already bought one today; put down a deposit on one so they can hold it for me this week. If I keep it with me in car; I run the risk of it getting Heat damage.

It's a awesome plank that is fast; nimble; can handle lots of wind AND can slow down and float quite well.

I'm sure I'll be happy with.

Best part is

I paid 250 US and NO TAX

Saved myself some money which is always great.

John

From what I read a lot of lipos that say they are 55C rating is not always true.

For example

Thunderpower just released some lipos which are 65C (I think) and members on here have tested and state that they're not as rated, more like 55 or less.

Thunder power is supposed to be a quality lipo; and I'm sure the newer higher discharge lipos are the best in there line up BUT at a price of course.

It's always good to find cheaper lipos with higher discharge; tis why I like Hobbyking soo much!

Ryan, glad to hear you scored on that Stryker. It sounds like a great model. Dang, I sure hope you are able to post some vids of it when you get used to flying it. Now, do you have to claim that going back into Canada? You know, much like smokes or alcohol. Or do you plan to smuggle it across the border? Hey, you could break it up and stuff it under the dashboard

Hope you are having fun Bro

Ryan, congratulations! Let's see now, what does this all mean?

Permanent garbage detail.

Imminent mortgage.

W.I.F.E. Certification required for every purchase you want to make.

A lot of time spent planning "THE WEDDING". Your wishes only provide something to be ignored.

Your next vehicle purchase will be a "Mom Mobile" (van).

A lot of time spent in furniture stores, forget anything you think looks good.

All of her family are now your relatives.

You will discover HER section of Home Depot.

All kidding aside, I wish you two all the best!
