PM sent.

I flew for about 30 min today and dang it was cold. It's really tough to throw in 10 inches if snow. I got the P2 trimmed out after redoing my aileron pushrods. It's SOOOO nice having full flaps available!

MIKE, can you bring 2 Stobel wing bolts for me????

Tanks!

PS, pulling a tensioned spider wire pull string across the tip of a throwing hand finger is no recommended the night before a contest!!!!! Just FYI.

Oh, and while I am thinking of stupid stuff, a few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon I was wicking a little thin CA into the wingtip of the resurrected Stobel and so I had it pried apart a mm or so, and after I wicked in a few drops of CA I pulled the flat head screwdriver shim out and the skins slammed shut. PERFECT!!!!!! Well except for some itty bitty splatter of CA which went into my right eye!!!!!!

1 hour after and the strong pain was gone, but still red and tender.
3 hours and the eye was much less tender, but still felt like there was a piece of sand right on the eyeball!
6 hours later, and it mildly bothered me.
12 hours later there was only a minor irritation.
Next morning there was at least 2 little CA clusters in the corner of my eye that were easy to pick out with my thumb and forefinger.
24 hours and the eye was good as new.

Soooo, what do you take away from this story that citrus made me read on a Friday night??????

Well, I know what CA splatter does to the right eye, but its still a big mystery what it would do to the left!!!!!!! Any volunteers????

I can't make this one. Some additional plans came up with the kids/grandkids from Kansas before they leave to head home. Have fun!

We'll miss you on this one Russ, enjoy the family.

I have all the contest info ready to run on a spare droid, I will even have an access point there if anyone wishes to connect for contest sync purposes. If the weather was under my control we'd be completely set .

See you all in a few hours.
