I believe they have spare fuses at bananahobby. I got a new P-51 fuse there.

Thanks will3kgt. I didn't know that. I got mine at Hobby King and they have no spares at all. I will check it out.

Yup, good luck. BTW great job on that Corsair. Sometimes the smallest touch
makes a huge difference.

I did. Worked great. Dug deeper holes with it! All kidding aside it gave the thing a ton of power. Just paint the bottom white or it will be upside down and underground before you realize it.

I plan on using 3s this weekend at a fly-in.

I had two really good flights today with the Corsair. I programmed the max throttle on the DX6i to 70% and it doesn't go past the sound barrier anymore. It's still screaming fast but a little easier to handle. It was a lot of fun to fly.

Thats great to hear. Hopefully two of many to come. Against my better judgement you have me tempted to take another shot at what is left of mine. What did you paint the bottom with?

Testors 1208 spray light blue 3 oz enamel and Testor 1245 spray white 3 oz enamel. One odd thing, the paint wouldn't dry on the servo wires. Some kind of reaction so I would take them out or cover them up before painting. I just painted over everything else, servos included and have had no problems.

I can crash anything

Just purchased

Hi All,
I just purchased one of these from RCC, is it really as hard to fly as this thread makes it sound? I have seen a number of nice videos.
It seems that weight in the nose is key, I gather the CG should be measured at 25% of distance from LE, upside down slightly nose down. Is that about correct? seems like it will be about 50 grams give or take?

somewhat unrelated has anyone flown the new TOP RC corsair on the RC castle site? 29inch, seems like it might be an alternative if I cant get this flying well.

Thanks for the help,
Jimmy

Thanks for the info.

I was looking at the new AS3X Rx with 3 axis gyro. Has anyone tried it?
Thanks and good flying

A very short video of me flying my Corsair today. The winds were 10 mph which made everything a bit wobbly.
