The sciatic nerve is a pain since it'll give me anything from foot-arch pain, groin pain to abdominal pain depending on its mood.
I've had two pains appear recently-one was a pain along the outside of the left leg and behind the knee, and the other was a pain in the arch of the right foot. I was told that the left leg one was typical of sciatic nerve, but the foot arch one suprises me. Maybe I should go see the doctor........

probably time to see the dentist for the first time in 15 or so years as well

It felt at first like it was tight, but no amount of stretching would get it. I'm not positive that its sciatica, just fits with what I feel. I do feel a bit better after I do something like play soccer, for some reason.

I generally get the arch pain when I'm putting the weight on the front of my foot, seems to push it apart a bit more. Its not too bad, and doesn't stop me doing anything. So far. Touch wood

If it was bad Sciatia i dont think you would be able to play soccer , seems like a general tightening or circulation probelm could be related to your feet do they hurt all the time or only in the morning , and is it like standing on needles or is it in fire
