challenger yachts are great looking and sail boat, large and I like the way it is transport in it own case but at $6,000 for the boat I will need to rob a couple of banks before I can afford one.

Some pictures from the 2011 IOM Blowout Regatta held on White Rock Lake, Dallas, TX this past weekend. The winds were in the 15-25mph range, and B rigs were the norm with a few C rigs on Sunday.

I have a laser and im selling it for allot less then 6k Its a 94 and has been raced every summer since. I have always done my best to keep it in tip top shape. With multiple wins its a solid boat too. just needs some new stuff

Is that an A class? I just got a Vanja that looks very similiar. Mine does not look as nice as this one, it has a terrible crack running the whole length of the deck in the original mahogany one piece deck.

If your asking me whether the hull in your photo is an A class I don't know. I never raced mine, just sailed it for fun - never knew the requirements . But if I had to bet on it I would say that your photo is that of an A class - it just looks big enough and classic enough.

Back in the day, we referred to Seagulls as "Santa Monica Bombers".
Cool picture.
