I know Bruce flew his a bunch of times over 200 maxing out over 280. He never flew it in the really big winds, IIRC.
I don't think there were that many made so far. Maybe 5 or 10. I've been holding onto mine until I can buy a backup. I bet others are hoarding them too.

Yeah it's been slow going for sure. Jason is a perfectionist. He wants them to meet his standards before mass production.
The other thread has pics and vids.

Isn't this pic good enough for now?

There are 10 planes in circulation.

It has been a slow process, primarily due to the language barrier.

We are doing another run of planes with a couple of minor changes, we will make the effort to do more updates

The plane Bruce was flying is not built to the same spec as the last run of planes.

Thanks

I'm posting some really impressive internal pics from the last batch courtesy of L2. This is the batch that no one seems to have flown yet. As I said before, we seem to be hoarding them until full production is assured. Too precious.

There are a few opportunities for improvement but overall it looks like a build that is capable of 300mph out of the box.
The only structural upgrades I'll be doing to mine is dripping some resin down the main spar and sub TE only because I'm a bit A.R. My wing is super stiff and does not creak or groan when stressed.
Remember, this is one FAT wing! A socked spar would be a waste with all that end grain balsa.

Elevons are carbon skinned, nice and stiff even though the torque tube is squished. Wipers are good, a bit tight on one side but will loosen up with a swipe of sandpaper.
