Help!

Scoring spreadsheet

I know I've seen this around but I can't seem to find it, so pardon If this is repetitive...

I'm looking for a simple excel spreadsheet for TD contest scoring. Ideally I'd like to run this on an iPad (yes, you can run excel on an iPad).

So the various PC based programs are overkill. Before I write my own spreadsheet! I thought I'd ping you guys.

Thanks in advance,

Dan in Dallas

Thermal duration competition file

Dan,

This is an excel which I use for club thermal duration competitions. Basically provides the same as Radian's file, but also allows group scoring - it calculates the score per group of 4 pilots within a round.

I use it on an iPad (with App Numbers), works perfectly.

Have fun,

Robert

launch low, fly high
Have a look at: http://www.gliderscore.com/

Gerry Carter has done a VERY nice job with this program. One item that is extremely good is that the program has a matrix generation program that does very well in making a flight matrix that results in pilots flying against each other far more equally than the typical random draw that most programs use.
