Yes, we have such a receiver - the RFU. It was designed for gliders, but it is used in just about everything.

Our original 6 channel receiver was a "Park Flyer" (only) receiver. It had a range of about 1000 feet. It was designed for indoor foamies and short range outdoor aircraft. It was replaced by the Nano 1, which eventually got a full range rating and replaced the 8 and 10 channel receivers.
