Been meaning to post this. I had some plastic (PTEG) SFG's laser cut at a local hacker/maker space:
The SVG file from inkscape is attached. You can use that to make an EPS or whatever you need. I had to add the .txt extension to get around RCGroups stupid upload policy. Just save the file and remove the extra .txt extension. This design fits ok. I put a stock SFG on a flat bed scanner and then traced the resulting high res image in Inkscape. I got the airfoil shape and fit just right but the tabs could be tweaked a bit to improve fitment. I had to do a little bit of sanding to get everything in place. Also you have to drill your own holes but that way there are no alignment issues with your individual airframe.
These SFGs are somewhat smaller than stock but they perform great with my 3S setup and they have proven to be bomb proof. I crashed the yak today, broke the landing gear in 2 places and broke off the motor box. No damage to the SFGs or wings!
