Can you post a link to the keychain camera you bought? I've bought two in the past and one was D.O.A. And the other quite after its first charge......I'd love a reliable cheap keychain cam.

Oh man it's been so long ago that I bought it. It's still working fine, actually. I think I bought it from eBay if I remember correctly. There is a huge keychain cam thread here on RCGroups and I understand there's an HD (720p) version out for $30-something.

Does anyone on here have any info regarding the newer HD (720p) keychain cam? Or a link to purchase one of the good ones? The two I have gotten have been crap.

I don't know how new these things are. I got mine early last year and it's been working just great. I got it off ebay from a Hong Kong seller. It makes way better videos than my Sony Webbie MP4 5MP. I think I paid about 50 bucks for mine and it came with a 4GB card. Like some things you buy from China, some are really good and the genuine product, while some sellers will flog a dud.

The problem I had with that thread is that it's so massive and full of so much data it's hard to discern which link is the BEST quality and currently most relevant one...At least that's how it was for me when I checked it months ago...

Awesome, thanks for the link guys. I think that's the seller I bought from all those years ago, to be honest. Those threads can be daunting, I will agree. Even searching them can be a bit of a chore to find one nugget of information.

**edit** This thread seems to have good information about the 808 #16 keychain cam. It seems the #16 is the latest iteration of the 808 and is much improved over the #11 cam it replaces. And the eBay link posted above is from a "real" and trusted seller of these cams. Thanks guys! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the link. I just pick-up one of the cameras, as well.

And when you guys get your 808 cams, you'll notice that the date is all screwy. At first this didn't bug me but it didn't take long before it did. Here's a link to a thread that will show you how to delete the date or put in the proper date:

https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1362692

Works real well.
