65C batteries are now available!

After 5 months of waiting, we have finally received our first batch of 65C batteries!

These are 65C continuous, 90C burst. They also have a max charge rate of 8C, so you can charge these quickly!

We offer 2200mAh, 2500mAh, 3200mAh, 4000mAh, 5000mAh, and 6800mAh configurations.

Best of all, these batteries are a LOT LESS expensive than our 45C batteries were just 6 months ago! For example, our 45C 6S 5000mAh pack was $180 and our 65C 6S 5000mAh pack is now $140!

Warranty is 3 months, and does not include abuse (crash, overcharge/overdischarge).

We already have another shipment coming because we do not expect these to last long.

NOTE: JUST LIKE ALL LIPOS, YOU MUST BREAK THESE CELLS IN PRIOR TO USE. CHARGE AT NO MORE THAN 1C AND DISCHARGE AT NO MORE THAN 5C FOR THE FIRST 5 CYCLES.

Currently, we do not have the pictures for these packs on our website, but the product description (size/weight/etc.) is there and you can purchase them today!

10S is right at 11 pounds of thrust, and 11S is right at 13 pounds of thrust.

Well I am going to break my 6s packs in a 70" Revolver (prop plane) before they go in my Hawk. Should spin the Hyperion HP-4020-09 up pretty well....also have a .80 Rimfire on a plane which will work well on 6s.....rather burn a prop plane motor than my EDF...(if what Jim says is true about the power in these batteries)

Any test data at 65C? That's less than a minute discharge and over 140A continuous on a 3S 2200mAh! I bet the cost of a pack that they puff on the first true 65C test (after proper break-in of course). I've got the test gear to do a few kilowatts (200A on 3S) here if anyone's interested in seeing this marketing validated.

I am interested in these claims being validated. IMO there are many claims made in this hobby that do not stand up to independant verification. If these batteries held up it would only increase their sales.
best wishes,
jeff

Same things were said about 30c and then 45c claims too. Guess what, the XPS pro and Platinum held up to their claims and more! That's why they NEVER have packs in stock. Great prices, validated claims = NEVER ANY STOCK!!!!
