Build Log

J-15 a f15 look alike... well almost

now that it is winter i thought i design a plane to build for next summer and as im not that good its going to take half the winter.

Specs.
The body is 60cm almost.
The wing is 80cm almost.

the plane looks like a jet and i have a 45 ducted fan that would fit in the back.

the ducted fan can take 225 grams.

im new to scratch building only built a few fails.

Hehe.

I think it's best for you to use EDF. A small EDF would be nice.

I haven't really used EDF much but by the looks of it there will be quite a bit of frictional loss due to the long cylinder.

i named it. J-15 because it looks like an f-15 but not at all in the same time. (confusing? i think so too) some pics are added and ive designed a nose cone (thats to small) and a canopy.the intakes are not funktional but im putting a 60 or 65 mm ducted fan in it.
