Arizona Electric Festival


The 7th annual Arizona Electric Festival is open for registration. The dates are January 27 thru January 30. 2011. www.arizonaelectricfestival.com for registration form and information. This is a great event because the people who put it on do a great job. I have event reviews from at least the last two years with lots of videos and some still pictures of the event. Just look in the archieves in the month of February for 2009 and 2010. Hopefully you will get a bit of a feel for the event from the articles. Mike Heer

Looking forward to getting back out there this time!
Last year was the 1st I ever missed and I still regret not going even though I don't think I could of made it due to my health issues!

I'm gonna do everything possible to make the trip this coming Jan.

We are thinking of asking Aaron and Jim about putting up foamy pylon racing (fun) with one of our new airplane... (fantasy racer). What you guys think, ask them or not?

Flying on Saturday, January 29, 2011, will be dedicated to the memory of George Joy, a fellow modeler, who passed away in June, 2010. George was also owner of Peak Electronics,and manufactured Sirius chargers, He was a Vendor and participant at the Arizona Electric Festival from the start of The Festival.
